Wednesday is “Hump Day” but I decided to rename today “Hmph Day,” as in “Hmph! No comment!” Here’s why:
The typical format for this blog has been to buddy-up a written post with a cartoon. If a cartoon does its job and hits the target dead-on, what else needs said?
